The site may store account role, access status, timestamps and future workflow metadata necessary to operate the service.
At this stage, payments are planned for future integration through external providers such as PayTR, Paddle or Lemon Squeezy. Their policies and retention rules should be disclosed once connected.
Security plugins, SMTP tools and standard WordPress logs may capture technical data needed to secure the site and diagnose issues.
Users should be able to request account review, data export or account removal according to applicable law and the final service design.
