Terms of use for YQT members, operators and teams.

These terms describe the baseline rules for accessing YQT, using plan-gated features and operating clipping or publishing workflows through the service.

By accessing YQT, users agree to use the service in a lawful and commercially appropriate manner. Access to specific areas of the product may depend on account status, plan, role assignment or administrative approval. Certain features, including the clipper workspace and related routing functions, may be limited to paid or otherwise authorized users. YQT reserves the right to modify, suspend or restrict access where necessary to preserve service integrity, prevent abuse, enforce plan boundaries or maintain platform security. Users are responsible for the source content they submit, upload, route or connect through YQT. This includes ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions and authority to process, clip, route, publish or otherwise use the content within their workflows. YQT does not assume responsibility for verifying underlying media rights, channel ownership or publication authority unless expressly stated in a separate agreement. Users must not use the service to process or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content. Pricing, plan limits, workflow scope and available features may change over time. YQT may introduce new restrictions, add premium capabilities, adjust quotas, revise interfaces or modify integrations as the product evolves. Where possible, changes will be reflected on relevant site pages or within the member-facing experience. Continued use of the service after changes are made may constitute acceptance of the updated terms. YQT is provided on an evolving basis and may include staged, preview or not-yet-final components while infrastructure and automation layers are being connected. Although we aim for reliability, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YQT disclaims liability for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from service downtime, integration failures, workflow interruptions, media errors or third-party platform changes. Users should maintain their own internal review and backup procedures where operational continuity matters. These standard terms should be supplemented or replaced by a separate written agreement where commercial complexity, scale or client obligations require it.
